Since our products are custom printed, we begin production shortly after your order is confirmed.

After production, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

We’re really sorry! Please email us at info@giftbro.in with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.

5. Do you accept returns?
Because our items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns for reasons like wrong size or change of mind. But if there’s a quality issue, we’ll take care of it.

6. Do you ship outside India?
Not yet! We currently only ship within India.
