At Gift Bro, every product is made to order with love and care, just for you. Because of the personalized nature of print-on-demand products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.

However, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, please read below for how we handle refunds and replacements.


1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a major print issue (faded, off-center, incorrect print)

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • You must provide photo evidence of the issue (clear images of the product and packaging)


2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email us at info@giftbro.in with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.


3. Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we will:

  • Send a free replacement of the same item

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size charts before ordering)

  • Change of mind after order is placed

  • Slight color variations due to screen settings or print method

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers


5. Shipping Issues

While we are not responsible for delays or lost packages once handed to the courier, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues where possible.
