1. How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver orders within 7–10 business days. This includes production and shipping time since all our products are made-to-order. You’ll get a tracking link once your order ships.
2. Are all your products printed after ordering?
Yes! Every item at Gift Bro is custom printed just for you after you place your order. That’s how we keep things fresh and reduce waste. No pre-made stock here.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Since all products are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for reasons like wrong size, change of mind, or color preference.
But don’t worry — if your item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
4. How do I know what size to order?
Please check our Size Guide before placing your order (coming soon on each product page). If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to help!
5. What if I entered the wrong address?
If your order hasn’t been printed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. But if it’s already on the way, we may not be able to change it. Always double-check your info before placing the order!
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven’t received it after a few days, drop us a message at info@giftbro.in.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options including UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through secure payment gateways.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within India. But stay tuned — international shipping may be added in the future!
9. Can I customize a design?
Yes, absolutely! 🎨 Many of our products are available with customizable designs — you can add your own text, name, message, or even request unique artwork.
