Colors and product visuals may slightly vary due to screen differences or printing methods.
All products are made to order and cannot be resold.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after processing begins.
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via secure payment gateways. Gift Bro does not store any of your payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product type.
We aim to dispatch products within 2–5 business days.
Delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to assist you.

5. Returns and Refunds

Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind.

However, we offer replacements or refunds in case of:

Damaged items
Wrong product received
Print issues

To request a replacement, contact us at info@giftbro.in within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

If you submit reviews, photos, or custom design requests, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for promotional purposes.
